convenient stay
easy processspacious roomuseful sunbedswalkable distance
the check in process was easy online rooms were spacious the room was also quiet. coffee and tea were available . sunbeds on the beach were included in my stay i found that very useful i could relax easily. the hotel was within a walkable distance from all points of interest i wanted to visit i had a comfortable time moving around.
valet parking took an extensive amount of time i hope this improves in the future.

this location sits right along ocean drive just across from the park the hotel offers excellent access for seeing the local sights you have an easy time visiting local places nearby.

the staff was friendly and helpful i could always ask for assistance. beach chairs and towels were provided i found that a great perk. the hotel includes two excellent restaurants on the ground level these restaurants provided great service.

the location proved excellent. the staff was very kind, and everything i needed stood just a few steps away.
the corridors were not clean. i also noticed a very loud, annoying motor noise in my room during the entire night, occurring intermittently.

the staff was polite and helpful to me. i loved the room i had. it felt special and unique. the food was also reasonably priced and delicious.
the carpets on the stairs needed a clean. they were very filthy to my eyes. the windows in the room i stayed in were also filthy. i could not see out of them so well. the grout in the bathroom needed re-doing too as spots of mildew was there.

Wonderful Stay on Ocean Drive

The hotel's location is REALLY convenient, directly across from the beach. I found two deckchairs included. It was a nice touch. I also enjoyed a discount at two nearby restaurants. The room had a well-designed layout.
The walls are thin, which allowed some noise from the hallway.

Valet parking was available, a considerable relief. A restaurant and bar is conveniently located downstairs. There is also a small market attached that offers pastries, sandwiches, and alcoholic beverages.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Oscar and Ruben showed excellent professionalism and service. The hotel held my luggage until check-in time, convenient..
